High Court in Dar es Salaam has issued an arrest warrant for Hamis Tale 'Babu Tale,' who is the manager of the bongo musician Fleva, Diamond Platnumz.The court has issued such a document from Babu Tale disobeying a court order that asked him to pay Sheikh Hamis Mbonde Sh. 250 million.Babu Tale is supposed to pay the money due to break the contract between him and Sheikh Valley, to sell and distribute copies of the reminder (DVDs) without the consent of the sheikh, which is opposed to copyright.
From another Iddi Babu Tale Tale failure to pay these funds as appointed on 18 February this year, the court issued a warrant for the arrest of defaulters on 8 July this year.
In that document, the court ilimuelekeza Regional Police Commander Ilala that, until today on 19 July this year he has caught debtors to reach the court to explain why not give them the punishment for violating a court order.
