National Housing Corporation, explained that the freezing
point of Hotels Company Limited (MHL) of Freeman Mbowe,is not political, writes
Pendo Omary. Today NHC via his agent Fosters Auctioneers (Not Action Mark) have
raided the company an existing building at the intersection of streets Mkwepu
and Indira Gandhi (Makunganya) in Dar es Salaam and take the company's equipment
in the production side of the magazine.

the company has not paid to NHC total of Sh. 1.3billion up to now. Japhet
Mwasenga Manager in the Debt Collection Unit of the National Housing
Corporation (NHC) said, the removal of the company of Mbowe in the building has
nothing to do with political issues. Mwasenga has told journalists today early

that "this is not a political agenda.
This is not a matter of Mbowe alone.
It is a matter of practice for all, although we owe many, we have decided to
start with Mbowe. "We have followed all procedures to expel our tenant. He
has been given the report by us as a public institution, we continued to
tolerate for long, but today we have come to an end, "said Mwasenga. Joshua
Mwaituka, director of the brokerage company Fosters Auctioneers governing
operations of removal equipment in the house said, all devices those removed
outside will be retained by the company until the debt is paid.
