Kadushi claimed before the court that Lissu and his colleagues allegedly committed the offense between January 14 to 20, this year in Dar es Salaam, which is contrary to the laws of newspapers.
He claimed Lissu and his colleagues allegedly writing and publishing in the newspaper reports containing inflammatory headline that says 'Chaos is coming Zanzibar'.

The lawyer asked the court to remove the first charge and five because they lijaendana and a legal requirement after the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) failure to provide access to these charges.
Kadushi also asked the court to arrange another date for the trial to continue, because the four defendants were present in court when the detective was already completed.
In this case, Lissu is represented by attorney Peter Kibatala who supported the decision of the Republic to remove those two charges.
Lissu denied the charges and Simba judge agreed with arguments of the Republic to remove those charges facing the defendants to retain all three.
Simba judge had asked the accused to have two sponsors who signed each of Sh 10 million bond fails to meet these conditions and release on bail.
The case imehairisha until July 11, this year resumes hearings.
OUT OF COURT
Speaking outside court yesterday, said that the Government Lissu landed in court after saying the truth about the real state of Zanzibar choice of destination.
He said the incident caused inflammatory prescription charges so that they can be closed lips and failing to defend the rights of the weak who are most people.
"My statement was not a speech, but I was looking at the future of the choice of destination Zanzibar, because it seemed quite right helpless inaporwa and minorities, we can not tolerate acts of oppression ongoing seen in the country, must say," he said.

Referring to the political situation in Dar es Salaam yesterday, the chairman of Chadema who is also leader of the opposition camp in Parliament, Freeman Mbowe, said democracy temptation exists due to the decision of the rulers.
He said as a result, the nation goes through tough times, including the people, the political parties with Parliament closed lips.
Mbowe he said at iftar organized by Member of the Central Committee of the party, Edward Lowassa, which brought together various sheikhs of Dar es Salaam.
"Right now flowing into the country difficult period, Parliament, the judiciary and even the government exist 'under attack' (below) the one who chooses to do whatever it becomes. Despite the situation, we know we will deal likewise.
"Even the cries of clerics issued here on repressive laws to what is described wherein the terror everyone knows, but with the situation, we bear this and we are working, substantially we urge Tanzanians to continue to support us in and out of Parliament," he said.
Mbowe said through a coalition of parties forming was restored, now struggling to sing one song to ensure true democracy exists in the country.
He said with the current disturbances, will continue to demand democracy was restored, despite what he claimed trick of rulers wanting kuwafumba lips.


SHEIKH Kibungo
Speaking at the ceremony on behalf of his fellow clerics, Sheikh Kondo Bungo, who is a Muslim activist, and asked Mbowe ensure a united parliamentary and oppose repressive laws against Muslims.
He said recently, Parliament adopted a law on terrorism, which may be turned into a loop for most people.
Sheikh Bungo said the current terrorism law that states that even if you suspected you are a terrorist and you end up in prison without conviction as to clerics who are in prison.
"I say that we have some qualms, until now most prisons are full of clerics, and those who seem to disagree with the wishes of the masters. There our Sheikhs of Zanzibar which is now the third year there are no guarantees and the unknown fate of their case.
"We are in a big dilemma, and we tell our brothers Lowassa even clerics who come here for your invitation, are those who do not let yourselves to this state of affairs," said Sheikh Bungo.
