THIS GOVERNMENT IS INCONGRUOUS SAYS LISSU !!!!

In the suit, Lissu along with three other defendants are accused of various offenses including incitement through the dawn of the newspaper on 14 January 2016.
Written in the newspaper headline 'Chaos is coming Zanzibar' Lissu quoted as a contributor to the newspaper where already cleared by the government.
Outside court Lissu said that "our country has progressed in the dark, this dictator uchwara, may I repeat again, this dictator uchwara needs to be opposed by every citizen.
"Every truthfulness of this country. This is the time to come out and say this is a land of many parties, this is a country that recognizes human rights in its constitution.
"We can not accept a country to be influenced by verbal statements of one person even if he is elected president,"
Referring to the case filed by its association Lissu said, the case filed by the government against him by the editors of the magazine inflammatory dawn, is proof that the country has entered the darkness of udekikteta.
He said, even the law of the newspapers of 1976 is clear that criticizing the government is not inflammatory.
"This charge is uchochezo claimed to be, not the uchichozi even less. What I have said, I was asked by journalists ... I was saying a runoff election Zanzibar islands that can brought them into chaos and bloodshed ... is the statement of a citizen who knows and is not pleased with the conduct of government "said Lissu.

He said that, even newspaper law states that any kitetendo which aims to explain the corruption of the government or its authority is not done.

"What I have said to me that this government works ... yaki is incongruous that dikitekta uchwara needs to be opposed by every citizen," he said.

"If they think they frighten me to bring us to court, we challenged in court and we are facing out.

"It's time for patriots to say that Tanzania is a country of pluralism and not the Constitution and the law. Our Constitution recognizes human rights and human rights is one to explain the folly of rulers they make ridiculous, "he said.
