ONE KIGOGO URGES 2 MINISTERS OF KIKWETE TO BE PROSCUTED

FORMER CEO of the Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA), Ephraim Mgawe, has surprised kutoshtakiwa by former Minister of Finance in the Government of the fourth phase, Mustapha Mkulo with Transport Minister Omary sickle because they share agreements construction of pier number 13 14 in the Port of Dar es Salaam.

Mgawe made the remarks yesterday when he testified in Court Magistrate Magistrate before the Judge in Charge, Cyprian Mkeha in the case, Mgawe claimed that during that period, did not break the law of the Public Procurement since he signed a memorandum on trade with China Company Communication Construction Company Limited (CCCCL) due to the terms of a loan from Exim Bank of China.
