Mdee and Waitara did not come before the court today where Frederick Kiwelo, counsel for the defendants told the court that his client is Mdee abroad (Canada) and Waitara is nursing him his son Tarime in Mara and pi is sick.
However, the judge is not satisfied with a defense witness that where he said that the defendants Mdee and Waitara did not have reasonable grounds to kutohudhulia court.
He said that, Mdee has gone abroad for his own reasons, knowing the day of his trial that he urged respect for legal procedures.
