It is said that Mwinyi put his relative Adam in Pakistan as collateral after taking the drug load.

Today in the Magistrate's Court Juma has been charged for human trafficking and put the boy as the guarantee over there.
Reading the charges Peter Njige, state prosecutor in front of Cyprian Mkeha, the judge in charge in court claimed that the accused is alleged to have committed the same trade.
Demanded, between December 2015 and January 2016 he had sent a Tanzanian who is known by the name of Adam Akida to Pakistan.
The accused denied the charges which the Republic has said that the investigation of this advice is incomplete.
Judge Mkeha said that this advice does not guarantee, therefore the case will be mentioned again on 17 August this year.
