THE GOVERNMENT TO WITHDRAW THE CASE OF THE PUBLISHER OF CCM

Resident Magistrate's Court has announced that Thomas Ngawaiya the former MP of Moshi Rural (CCM), after the government to remove the case that was facing him to build hotel that was relevant worth Sh. 500 million using undocumented Contractors.
The move was reached yesterday in the court, in front of Respicius Mwijage, Magistrate General, after the Prosecutor of the Board of Registration of Contractors (ERB), Saddy Kambona to ask the court to remove that case under Article 98 (a) the conduct of Errors Criminal (CPA).
Kambona After submitting the request, Mwijage judge agreed with the request to remove the case from the clause requested by the side to withdraw the case.
The move came after Ngawanyia to submit to the court the approval and construction of the building permit and the contractor.
Ngawaiya who is a veteran publisher of the CCM, was accused of committing the offense of importing building of the hotel, to contractors who are registered not with ERB.
It was alleged that the building, lies a plot number 32, the intersection of the streets of Dosi and wazani, Magomeni  Mapipa area, Kinondoni District, Dar es Salaam, where he is accused of committing the offense against the rules of the that board.

Initially Ngawaiya former chairman of the council of elders of CCM Kilimanjaro region was out on bail after fulfilling the conditions of the two sponsors who have signed a bond of sh. 250 million, every one submitted to the court the document filed in the unmovable properties.
