CHADEMA has send Magufuli, EAC

Association for Democracy and Development (Chadema) today has opened the case of the constitutional Court in East Africa, they accused Attorney General in Tanzania in violation of the Constitution of the East African Community to prevent public meetings and within the political parties opposed to the agreement the establishment of the EAC says.
In addition another defendant is Secretary General of the East African Community, Ambassador Liberat Mfumukeko, where he works primarily to manage its member countries see respect the agreement.
Speaking after opening the case and while awaiting ipangiwe judges to hear the case, the Chadema Mwansheria John Mallya being accompanied by Deputy Secretary-General mainland, John Mnyika, said they believe the court does it right.
He said he had been struggling to bring all specimens various police withholding made by the party Mwanza, Dodoma and even graduation of students of universities who are members of the party.
Mallya said while they blocked, CCM are allowed to make their graduation activities and rallies have been made without withholding local police.
And Deputy Secretary of Chadema, John Mnyika, said they believe a nipper of democracy by President John Magufuli will be resolved, saying their members saw clearly techniques to pinch their movement to enter the White House in 2020 to assure the victory CCM same year.
