Bisimba said that, according to various surveys conducted by the center, the monitoring of violations of human rights as well as various reports from observers of human rights and other stakeholders revealed violations of the highest in the past half year.
"Murder generated by superstitious beliefs yemeendelea also be a source of murder and torture, especially for elderly people in rural areas, where over half of 2016, reportedly killing 394 people.
"This shows a significant increase compared to deaths in this period to 2015 where only 57 deaths reportedly so," he said.
Bisimba has mentioned areas candlestick with excessive killings, including regions of Mwanza, Geita, Simiyu and Shinyanga.
"The police reports indicate that the incidence of murder by mob justice has been falling, this is based on the reports of these events for half-year periods for the last four years," he said, adding;
"For the past half-year of 2016 notification from the police show 135 people were killed by mob justice. Events of these deaths are restricted period in 2015 where the death reportedly 366. "
